Crystal Hot Springs

This is the first year I have looked forward to taking Korb swimming and camping. Last year he was still a little too small to really have fun and he wasnt even walking yet. This year he is loving every second of the summer! We have quickly found out that he is fearless when it comes to slides or really most things in general!
Anyway, we had the opportunity to take our tent trailer out for the first time (we bought it last July). We decided to go to Crystal Hot Springs with my family and meet a family friend there as well. It was only about 45 min drive and we got there and set up the tent trailer in probably 15 mins. Wow what a difference compared to a tent!! We stayed in the campgrounds with the hookups so we were able to use our lights and AC in the tent trailer. The AC probably saved all of our lives and made naps and bedtime a million times better with the kiddos (and the adults as well!). We were also in the same parking lot as the pools so we spent a full day over there playing in the water and going down the slides. It was nice because we were able to run back to our campground to put the kids down for a nap, and then we returned when they woke up. The pool was a lot of fun. We worked on Korb learning how to hold his breath under water and he thought that was a blast, he also wouldnt stop going down the big slides. Over all the camping trip was a success.. our trailer worked perfectly and was a great investment and we got to spend time with the family and our close friends.
