Since Korbin has reached 2 yrs old I decided I didnt need to post a monthly update for him since not as much changes each month. So I decided I should post an update every few months and since I have nothing else to do I thought this was a great time to do it!
Korbin is a great big brother! He is extremely cute with her and is always willing to help get things for her. He is also rough with her like any boy will be. He forgets that she is little and cant do things like he can so we have to remind him.
He is finally a good sleeper again! It was a really bad 8 months or so.. no joke. We tried every single thing we could think of to make him not wake up 2-5 times a night. It was pretty ridiculous when our 2 month old slept better then our 2 yr old. Anyway we finally reached our limit and only had one option left..to spank him every time he got up with out anything major going on. So we did that and ever since he is back to our really good sleeper. Guess we should have done that 8 months ago!!
He finally likes chicken nuggets again. He was in a weird phase that he hated any meat, but the past few weeks he has started eating nuggets again and loves them (thank goodness!) What kid doesnt like nuggets?! He is still obsessed with milk and will have at least 10 cups of milk a day and of course it has to be warmed up.
He LOVES to be outside and could play outside all day with nothing but a stick. He is also very adventurous and will try almost anything which will result in a huge smile and another attempt.
He started counting items and will often tell us how many cars or balls he has.. he said one day that he had two mommies.. ha ha not sure what thats about but it was funny!
He loves playing with his cars, balls, and one of his new favorite things are puzzles and he is getting really good at them. He also loves "newtnoons" (cartoons)..he will watch them every morning. His favorites are Sponge Bob, Mickey Mouse Club house, Octonats, and Curious George.
He is such a joy in our life and we are so thankful we have such a good, polite little boy. We are very proud of him and love him to pieces! He is such a goofy kid that even when he is doing something he isnt supposed to do you cant help but laugh. Here are some pictures of the past few months..
